These AOV control panel schematics are provided free of charge by Smoke Vent Systems to assist in the installation of both single and multi-zone AOV. This page may be printed for later use.

AOV Control Panel Schematics for Single Zone AOV

System Layout and Wiring: –

Link 1 and 2: Trigger inputs for AOV panel. Closed circuit loop when broken will cause the panel to trigger vents, windows or domes.

Ov k/s: Trigger input for a fireman’s override call point. This can be either keyswitch or rocker switch.

ACT: 24v DC output for actuators, vents or domes.
Opening (forward) = 24v DC +
Closing (reverse) = 24v DC –
Normal state = no voltage
