Central London Refurbishment of Listed Building with Smoke & Daily Ventilation Lantern
Our client on this small single-zone stairwell system was an architect who required a smoke ventilation lantern to meet the planning restrictions on this listed building. The small lantern required four bottom-hung opening leafs to achieve the required free area. Design brief was to include daily ventilation controlled by thermostat and wind/rain sensor with opening leafs set to open a reduced amount. Lantern was installed in one day and controls and commissioning completed in one day.
If you have any projects that require a lantern for smoke ventilation or simply daily ventilation, please contact us for a quote.
