Our SVM single zone AOV control panel is a fully tested and certificated unit suited to operating smoke AOV’s in common areas of multiple occupancy buildings – stairwell windows or roof vents. Fully integrateable with daily vent functions built in for wind/rain sensors and thermostat.

Smoke Vent Systems can offer a high quality orange break glass manual call point. These are manual override switches which are used to manually operate smoke ventilation systems. This unit is supplied with a resettable, non-glass element which allows the call point to be reset much quicker than conventional glass elements. Comes supplied complete with a back box for surface mounting.

An important feature of stand alone smoke ventilation & fire alarm systems. Optical smoke sensor for use with our range of smoke control AOV panels. Upon a signal from the smoke sensor the AOV Control Panel will send an open signal to the AOV Actuator. We can also supply the unit with a sounder base to produce an audible warning.
Push button wall switches are used to trigger actuators on windows for daily vent purposes. Our push button wall switches are specifically designed to work with 24VDC actuators, and control the actuators via an AOV or natural ventilation control unit. Our units are made with natural ventilation usage in mind, and not smoke control ventilation.
Wind and rain sensors automatically detect strong winds or heavy rain, and will trigger an actuator to automatically close a door or window. The unit comes supplied with a fixing bracket, and both the wind and rains sensors are available separately.
We can provide backup power batteries for use with all of our AOV control panels. Each control panel battery will last for 72 hours and provide emergency backup power in the event that the main power supply fails. These backup power batteries are charged by the control panel mains supply. For safety reasons, it is a legal requirement for smoke control systems to have a backup power supply.
