In 2022 SVS Ltd. completed a smoke clearance extract system for the additional generator room at large data centre near Docklands. System also designed to purge room on regular basis using additional inlet fan and the clearance extract, controlled by BMS.

Client had strict requirements in terms of fire resistance requiring fansets to be rated to 400°c for two hours.

Final system was flow rate tested by an independent specialist to confirm original design parameters had been achieved.
