Residential New Build in Oxford

A new build of 29 high specification dwellings in Oxford. SVS Ltd was called in at a late stage of the build to assist the client find a cost effective solution to their smoke ventilation design. Due to the then fixed building layout, a mechanical extract install was required to clear an extended corridor but had to be incorporated into the limited space within the build.
