Our smoke hatch ventilators are for smoke clearance of staircases, smoke shafts and lobby areas. Fully certified to EN12101-2, our hatch ventilators comply with the latest regulations and opens to a maximum of 160°, each with a perspex lid to allow natural light through. The hatches are sold as smoke ventilators sized at 1sqm for staircases, or 1.5sqm for head of shaft ventilation.
The SMOKEJET is a louvre ventilator which, in addition to its function as a smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system, can also be used as a natural ventilation unit. For the infill of the louvres, you can choose between aluminium, glass and PC. Can be installed in Flat roof, Saddle and Barrel skylight strips and Façade applications.
These VELUX flat roof window CSP effectively removes heat and smoke. This is a double glazed flat roof smoke ventilation system with laminated glazing and a polycarbonate cover. The smoke ventilator shown offers an area of 1.30m2 smoke free ventilation but other sizes are available. External frame size of 138cm x 138cm. Tested and certified to EN ISO 12101-2.
The Xvent is an opening rooflight designed to vent smoke as an Automatically Opening Vent (AOV) and to provide day-to-day ventilation. The lid opens to an angle of 45° for ventilation, and to 140° when triggered by the fire alarm system. The Xvent has been designed and tested to EN 12101-2:2003
The Multijet is a fully weathered ventilator specifically developed for smoke and natural ventilation for industrial applications for protection for buildings, occupants and contents. The Multijet can also be supplied with optional polycarbonate blades allowing it to act as a source of natural daylight. A sustainable, low energy consumption ventilator making it an economical and affordable option.
The Stirling ventilator (SHEV) can be fitted both vertically and horizontally. Various flanges are available to allow integration with non-glazed composite structures and integrate with modern curtain walls and other forms of structure. Can be naturally anodised or painted to any BS or RAL colour required. Tested to BS EN12101-2 for use as a smoke ventilator

The louvred smoke ventilators are sold sized at 1.0sqm for staircases or 1.5sqm for head of shaft ventilation, and can be fitted with perspex blades to allow natural light into the stairwell.

These Smoke Shaft Vents open to 90 degrees in under 60 seconds to provide 0.6m2 and 1.0m2 free vent area for use with natural smoke shaft installations. We offer a range of roof lights and lanterns suitable for all types of flat and pitched roofs. Made of aluminium with a polyester powder coat with a life expectancy of 25 years. Available as either a dome or a pyramid glazed using Makrolon Mono Longlife UV resistant polycarbonate sheet, which comes with a ten year warranty on breakage, excessive yellowing and loss of light transmission. Our range of roof lights and lanterns can be fitted with an opening vent using an actuator.
